Billing and payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You will receive an email receipt for every charge. If you have a question about a charge on your statement, please email us at support@superboosted.design with your name and the amount in question.

We do not store your full card details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us. There are no lock-in contracts. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you are not happy with our service, contact us and we will do our best to make it right. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch within 14 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

Response times

We aim to respond to all support enquiries within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, New Zealand time). For urgent issues, please include "urgent" in your subject line and we will prioritise your request.
