Open it on your phone, because that's where your customers will. It's not a template with your logo pasted on; if your cafe is all plants and pink neon, your site won't look like a Tuscan bistro.
Tweak it together.(as long as it takes)
Reply with what's wrong. "Menu prices changed", "that photo's from the old counter", "can it be greener" — all normal. We adjust until it feels like your cafe. Most sites are right within two rounds. You still haven't paid anything, and if it never feels right, we part friends.
